By accessing or using Fond ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fond is a goal-tracking application that generates wallpapers displaying your goals, consequences, and deadlines. The Service includes free and premium features.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service without an account (anonymous mode) or create an account for additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create (goals, messages). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.
Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
- Harasses, abuses, or intimidates others
- Is spam or deceptive
- Violates others' privacy or intellectual property
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts of repeat offenders.
5. Premium Subscription
Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
6. Duos and Lobbies
Duos and Lobbies are social features that allow users to exchange messages. Messages are moderated for safety. We reserve the right to remove messages and restrict access to these features for users who violate our guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and templates, is owned by Fond. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
